From their city centre office, our Cardiff team collaborates with the other Starling offices around the UK – and we’re always on the lookout for people to join. People who are hands-on, can think big and work together to achieve amazing things.

Our Cardiff office is still pretty new, so you’ll be joining a rapidly growing team. Here results trump process, and everyone’s encouraged to pitch their ideas, no matter how big or bold! It’s a fast-paced, exciting and creative place to work where there’s plenty of collaboration and ownership of your own projects. Some will be entirely Cardiff-based, some will see you working with the other Starling offices.
